Service Description

We all have labels. We carry out our day-to-day tasks being daughters, sons, mothers, fathers, wives, employees, bosses etc etc.. Do these tables define us? What happens when our labels change or we no longer wish to operate with the label we have been given? This personal development workshop uses creative methods to explore the labels we feel we have, what it is like living with them and if they still serve us. Aims of this workshop are to: It is intended that through this workshop you will gain more knowledge about yourself, grow self-compassion and understand more about the fundamentals of who you are. Who is this workshop for ? This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves in a creative way and for those working in the helping professions e.g. Counsellors, nurses, doctors, social workers, student healthcare professionals, police, teachers etc… Areas covered In a 6 hour day (1000 - 1630) we will cover the following: ● Labels, what’s that about? ● What labels do I have? ● What impact do they have? A completion certificate for 6hours CPD will be provided at the end of the course. FEE: £80 workshop fee £70 (£10 discount for students) £90 in abundance - if you are in abundance and can afford to pay extra, £20 of your fee will be used to help fund a place in one of our workshops for people with lived experience of mental distress or on benefits.
